AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the "Clover Blessing Spin" mobile application (the "App") developed by Luminary Tech Solutions for BSD GROUP INVESTMENTS LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the App.

1. Eligibility

The App is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

2. Nature of the Service

"Clover Blessing Spin" is a simulation game for entertainment purposes only. It uses virtual credits that have no real-world value. The App does NOT involve real-money gambling, and you cannot win money or prizes of value. All "winnings" are virtual and exist only within the context of the App.

3. Ad-Supported Model

The App is provided free of charge and is monetized through advertisements served by third-party networks. By using the App, you consent to receiving these advertisements. These ads may be targeted based on non-personal information collected from your device.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Modify, adapt, or hack the App.

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.

Use any automated system, including "bots," to access the App.

Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including all code, graphics, user interfaces, and content, is the exclusive property of BSD GROUP INVESTMENTS LLC and its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BSD GROUP INVESTMENTS LLC, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP.

8. Third-Party Links

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
